I liked one of the dresses I ordered, but did have a few issues. They shipped one of the wrong dresses, the express shipping did not work and I didn't get them in time for the events I had, and the other dresses felt like a less than ideal fabric. I did reach out to customer service and they were at least helpful enough and mostly resolving the issue! They ended up giving me 'mostly' a refund instead of shipping the items back and I was happy enough with that.

I ordered a dress, was poor quality and photos didn’t match what I received. I emailed the customer service team for a refund on the 17th July took days and after me chasing for a response. They then finally started to reply requesting photos which I supplied. They said I need referring to someone else for a refund and nothing since. Such poor quality and service. Update - the team have come back and been able to resolve the situation to a satisfactory result - just a shame it took so much time.

I am updating my review because customer service made it right. The dress was not my style for my baby shower vision, initiated a return and was taken care of. The dress I ordered was too low cut for my event so just be aware of that, if that’s the look you are going for it’s great!
