Clothing from Bumpbabe was cute and very maternity friendly (versus some other brands which say they’re maternity but there’s actually very little room in their garments for a growing belly!). Customer service was great and representatives were helpful and understanding when I reached out, although their listed policies for exchange/returns were not as accommodating compared to other brands from the get go, which personally made me hesitate to buy more items because I wouldn’t be able to return them if they didn’t work out, but generally I was satisfied with how their clothing fit. I was in my third trimester when I ordered.

Marc from BumpBabe Customer Support was very quick to respond and issued my refund right away. He was also very helpful giving me multiple options of how we could resolve the issue which I appreciated, I’m really happy with the service.

I ordered two dressed, unfortunately one didn't fit and the other looked differently than on the website. I wanted to return both but customer service gave me a discount. Can definitely recommend the customer service, answered very fast too.

Ordered a maternity dress, arrived pretty quickly and looked like the photo,, unfortunately event got cancelled so wanted to return the dress,. After a couple of emails back and forth I was offered a full refund and to keep the dress, great experience overall

The swimsuits arrived later than the original estimated delivery date, so unfortunately I wasn't able to wear them when I needed them. I don't think this was entirely the seller's fault, as shipping delays can happen. However, the swimsuits look beautiful and I really like them. What impressed me the most was the customer service. They were extremely kind, understanding, and responded very quickly. They handled my issue professionally and offered an excellent solution. I truly appreciate their support and would happily buy from this seller again.
