BumpbabeReviews of bumpbabe.com

Clothing from Bumpbabe was cute and very maternity friendly (versus some other brands which say they’re maternity but there’s actually very little room in their garments for a growing belly!). Customer service was great and representatives were helpful and understanding when I reached out, although their listed policies for exchange/returns were not as accommodating compared to other brands from the get go, which personally made me hesitate to buy more items because I wouldn’t be able to return them if they didn’t work out, but generally I was satisfied with how their clothing fit. I was in my third trimester when I ordered.

Not able to return for a full refund. They will not offer you a 50% refund instead and tell you to keep the item. I asked for a replacement within the same price range but conveniently-nothing that I chose was ever available. Then they just stoped replying all together. I will never buy from here again.

The dress was too big, and I tried to return it in accordance with the return policy listed on the website, which states that you can return items with tags attached within 30 days. Instead of being able to initiate a return, you have to request a return, and after 5 days of no response I reached out to their customer service. They replied and offered me a 30% refund or 30% store credit, and after I refused that and asked to return the item for a 100% refund they said they could give me a 50% refund or 50% store credit. I replied that this is not in accordance with their policy listed on the website, and I expect a 100% refund. They have now referred me to their "support team" and I have not heard back from them yet. This is frustrating and consumer fraud.

Almost impossible to do returns. Took a LOT of effort to get my money back, whereas the website states free returns. Items do not fit as advertised. Do not suggest anyone to buy from this website. It seems items came shipped from China.

Items out of stock despite still be advertised as in stock on the website, very long processing and shipping times. When items finally arrive the fabric quality is poor, the fit is terrible and nothing looks like the photos on the website. I attempted to return the items which met all return criteria on their website, and after four emails where I have clearly articulated my legal rights I have been referred to a 'specialist' as the customer service team appear to only be authorised to offer up to a 50% refund. STAY WELL AWAY FROM THIS COMPANY.

Marc from BumpBabe Customer Support was very quick to respond and issued my refund right away. He was also very helpful giving me multiple options of how we could resolve the issue which I appreciated, I’m really happy with the service.

The fit of my clothing was too big and customer support were very helpful in getting me a refund for those items.

This website is a scam. Avoid at all costs.
