Our bulldog loves his new lightening bolt! Treats don't last long around our house. Looking forward to his next box being delivered. 🐾

Hi Kellie! We’re thrilled to hear your bulldog is loving his lightning bolt! And we can imagine those treats don’t stick around for long! We can’t wait for him to enjoy his next box of Bullymake goodies. Thanks for being part of our pack!
Traci H.
She liked the rough chew toy, but the ball was too big for her to get her mouth around, so she’s not interested in it. She loves the treats!

Hi Traci! We’re happy to hear your pup enjoyed the rough chew toy and loves the treats! We understand that the ball may not be the right fit for her, though. Did you know you can customize your Bullymake box to better match your pup’s preferences and chewing style? We want every box to be filled with toys your pup will love! https://shopify.com/authentication/69710217273/login?analytics_trace_id=b1184a81-8b64-4707-b9ea-9b07da4f1cc0&client_id=e08ca591-5b94-4916-8099-73dc19d8b4a4&locale=en-US&redirect_uri=%2Fauthentication%2F69710217273%2Foauth%2Fauthorize%3F_cs%3D%26analytics_trace_id%3Db1184a81-8b64-4707-b9ea-9b07da4f1cc0%26buyer_flags%3DeyJhbGciOiJIUzI1NiJ9.eyJpc3MiOiJ6ajJxZXQtZWgubXlzaG9waWZ5LmNvbSIsImZsYWdzIjpbXSwiZXhwIjoxNzkyNTA5Mjk2LCJuYmYiOjE3OTE5MDQ0OTZ9.rpsRtVyd1us_QL1DQQQZpWlBXVOD8WpT1-XWsE4UAwQ%26client_id%3De08ca591-5b94-4916-8099-73dc19d8b4a4%26locale%3Den-US%26nonce%3D8a4b34fe-7431-4767-9ed5-2e8c15f96b53%26redirect_uri%3Dhttps%253A%252F%252Fbullymake.com%252Fcustomer_authentication%252Fcallback%26response_type%3Dcode%26scope%3Dopenid%2Bemail%2Bcustomer-account-api%26state%3DhWNHvXdfdNYg2CFgm0b7MC2s
Vickie
Customer service is supportive and helpful. Dogs love the treats but can chew up the toys but it takes awhile. I’ve got a Shepard and a Labrador Retriever. Heavy chewers.
Response from BULLYMAKEOct 23, 2026
Hi Vickie! We’re happy to hear our customer service team has been supportive and helpful, and that your Shepherd and Labrador Retriever love the treats! We know heavy chewers can put toys to the test. While no toy is completely indestructible, we strive to provide durable, safe, and engaging toys that keep pups entertained. We appreciate you being part of our Bullymake pack

The toy is almost too hard. I’m scared she will break her tooth

My American Staffy X tried them all straight away. She is an aggressive chewer, she loved the nylon! She also loved the rubber toys with holes for treats, Very happy!
Response from BULLYMAKEOct 16, 2026
Hi Gemma! We are thrilled to hear your American Staffy X loved the toys! We can't wait for you to see what is in the next box.

HATE the treat dispenser. No instructions. I stuffed it full of treats because it's called a treat dispenser. They don't come out. So it's full of treats she can't get. It's garbage now!! WTG BULLYMAKE... a treat dispenser sized for miniscule chihuahua treats, marketed to aggressive, heavy chewers, like my pit bull. I'm not happy with BULLYMAKE and feel I was duped by marketing. I got ONE toy with a treat dispenser that does not dispense treats and treats that don't work in the treat dispenser. EPIC FAIL!!!
Response from BULLYMAKEOct 13, 2026
Hi Karen! We’re so sorry to hear about your experience with the treat dispenser! We understand how frustrating it must be when a toy doesn’t work as expected, especially when you’re excited for your pup to enjoy it. Our support team would be happy to help look into this and see how we can make things right. Please feel free to reach out to us here so we can assist you further. https://bullymake.com/pages/contact
