Cute themes, but wish to skip not so cute themes
The sign up wasn’t bad but then I got an email saying I needed to pick which toys I wanted in this box. I knew it was the “under the sea” box and that was one reason I signed up, for that theme, but it wasn’t showing me those toys. I was really confused so I reached out to customer service and they were helpful in letting me know it was just a generic toy and I was choosing the type of toy and that what I chose would match the theme. Great! That all worked out. Box came and my pup really loves her toys. The main thing that I wish were an option is that I could skip boxes. I liked the under the sea theme but don’t care much for the game night theme this month. I wish I could just skip and wait to see what next month is. I’ll complete my 3 month commitment but won’t be continuing until that is an option.
