Loved the toys that have withstood the test of Belle's jaws. But most surprisingly, Belle, who disappointingly does not like peanut butter, liked the treat that had PB! We look forward to the next box!

Got one box and the first day my dog chewed up and choked on a rope and I had to save his life cos the fragments got stuck in his throat and he couldn't breathe. It's very hard to deal with customer service team and get cancelled and refunded. They make false claims, it's totally fraud.

It is impossible to cancel your subscription. I had to Google how to cancel, and the only way is to email them. I told them I wanted to cancel; then they sent an offer to switch out toys; I told them no thank you, I wanted to cancel; while awaiting a response, they charged and sent a second box; then they sent another offer. I emailed them and asked for a full refund, and they said they were waiting on me to respond to their offer. I told them to cancel twice, was charged, and they said it’s my fault for not responding. Just do what I said to do. So now I have a box of extremely expensive toys that my dog will chew up in 3 days, and I have to take the other box to the post office to send back for a refund. Horrible customer service - don’t deal with them. **edited to add: they cancelled the subscription (and they should have after being asked twice). They are still requiring me to send the box back for any type of refund even though the box was sent days after the first cancellation request. To the post office I go…will edit again if I have to pay shipping costs.

I was a little disappointed when my fur baby was able to tear apart the purple toy that you put a treat in. However she loved getting to explore a whole box of toys just for her.
Response from BULLYMAKEApr 7, 2025
Hi Beth - thank you for sharing your experience! We know that each dog has their own unique play needs and preferences, which is why we offer our toy replacement guarantee whenever a toy doesn't work out for your pup. If you are looking to find a toy that can stand up to those tough chewers, feel free to reach out to our team for some recommendations on toy types and how to best customize your future boxes for maximum enjoyment. For example, our rubber and nylon toys are built for those pups with an aggressive chewing play style. We are more than happy to help!
