Happy pup
Toys are good quality and the treats are made with decent ingredients. My dog loved everything! I really like the easy of accessing and editing my account allowing me to change up the box that comes every month. Looking forward to see what comes in the next box.

Not worth the trouble you have to go through to Cancel the Subscription
I subscribed to Bullymake expecting a variety of engaging toys to keep my dog entertained, but after three months, I’ve been disappointed. Each box contained the same three basic toy designs, just themed differently. The treats included were also underwhelming—nothing special or unique. I was hoping for more excitement and diversity to justify the subscription. Additionally, the cancellation process is unnecessarily frustrating. You can’t simply cancel online; you’re required to email them and provide a reason, which feels irrelevant to the cancellation request. Even when I stated “I just want to cancel,” they persisted in offering alternatives rather than swiftly processing my request. The whole experience left me feeling incredibly frustrated and unvalued as a customer.

Hi Jenny - we are sorry to hear your experience with Bullymake has not been ideal so far. It is our team's goal to partner with our pet parents in ensuring that their subscription is customized to best fit the preferences and play style of their pups. We are disappointed that we missed the mark in your case and, if you are willing, would love another opportunity to find the right mix of toys and treats to keep your pup's tail wagging. Feel free to reach out to us via chat or email at your convenience and request to be connected to a supervisor to troubleshoot your situation further.

Our 2 Pit Bulls Loved Them
Our 2 Pit Bulls loved the toys and the treat. We will have to stay with the "hard" toys and the rubber one got destroyed.

Great toys!
We have gotten 2 boxes so far. The nylon tough toys are the best for teething dogs. I like the toys we have gotten. My dog is not eating all of my stuff.

Dogs should access the treats in the holders
I like that the wagon toy holds a treat, but my dog can't get to the treat (and neither can I), getting us both frustrated. So far, I'm happy with the ballistic toy. She likes to play with it and she hasn't torn it apart yet. (I only gave it to her a day ago, and so I'm keeping a watch.) I would like to see a similar toy that holds a treat that she can access. ETA: she tore the ballistic toy apart within a day

DO NOT ORDER A SUBSCRIPTION!
Do yourself a favor and only order 1 box to see if your dogs like the toys and treats. My dogs love the treats and hate the toys. We've received 2 boxes so far and toys are not played with and my dogs love toys. We are currently getting toys and treats and of course there's no option to just get treats. Was told I could cancel my subscription after the 6 months. Gee thanks 4 more months of wasted money! Customer service is by email only. There is a chat link on the website, but no one is available to chat. It has not been a great experience!
