Hi Monique - thank you for sharing your experience. It definitely sounds like you have an ultra chewer on your hands! Typically for pups that are very agressive chewers, we do recommend our toughest toy material nylon. Our team would be happy to assist in modifying your future box contents to ensure the right toy types are included for your pup. Additionally, we do have a toy durability guarantee within 45 days of purchase to ensure we can get your pup set up with a tougher toy type. To connect with our support team for assistance, please respond to the Trust Pilot request and a team member will connect with you directly via email.
