Toys are fun and durable for our 8mo old chewer. Customer service chat tech needs improvement-other than that, we are pleased

He loves the snacks, but tore through two of the three toys in less than 30 minutes.

Hi Mike - it sounds like you definitely have an ultra power chewer on your hands! We would be happy to replace the toy with our strongest toy material (nylon) to see if this would be a better fit for your aggressive chewer. To get a free replacement and customize your box to only include our toughest toy materials in the future, please reach out to our support team via email or chat on our website. Or, alternatively, you can respond to our Trustpilot request for information and we can have a team member reach out to you directly to assist!

My dog is a very aggressive chewer and I have a hard time finding toys that will last. This box is great, he loves the hard chew toys. He really enjoys the treats as well.

Contacted Customer Support in regard to a plush toy that would not have endured 5 minutes. Was able to receive a rubber "pup can" that has been an absolute hit! Donated both plush & treats to a local shelter.
