Hi Kimberlee! We understand the dissapointment regarding the treats in your box. At this time, we’re unable to ship treats to Canada and Australia due to current border and import restrictions. We’re actively working with both borders to find a solution and hope to offer treats in these locations again soon. In the meantime, orders shipping to Canada and Australia are automatically switched to our Toys Only option, which includes 4–5 toys per shipment for your pup to enjoy! We appreciate your understanding and hope your pup loves their toys!

The $19 price was an introductory promotional offer for the first box, while additional boxes are $35 based on the subscription selected. We also apologize for any confusion regarding the $30 early cancellation fee. This fee is outlined in our Terms of Sale for subscriptions canceled before the commitment is completed.
