Delivery issues were the only problem here. The box itself was GREAT and Strider has been a huge fan of his new nylon toy.

Easy to navigate their website and order my Bully Box. My dogs love their new toys. They have abandoned their other toys for the "steak" that came in this months shipment. Highly recommend!

We are so glad to hear you found our website easy to navigate and that your pups are loving their new toys! Sounds like the steak toy has officially become the favorite in your house. We can't wait for your furry family members to see what is in the next box.

More treats then Id prefer We have a boxer/pitt mix and didnt want to pay the EXTRA $6 that isnt advertised for just a toy box. Our dog doesnt need a ton of treats. So I went with the toy you can put a treat in. He destroyed that in no time so all we were left with is a steak which he is still working through and 3 bags of treats. A bit overkill on the treats.

Hi Greg! We understand that every pup has different needs, especially when it comes to the balance of toys and treats. We’re sorry the treat-dispensing toy didn’t hold up as long as you hoped. To request a replacement toy, simply take a picture and send it to our Customer Care Team at [email protected]. We will ship you a different toy FOR FREE! After all, you're part of the BULLYMAKE family ! We’re also sorry you weren’t aware that there is an additional fee for our Toy-Only option. We understand how that could be frustrating, especially when you were looking for a box with more toys and fewer treats. We appreciate you sharing your feedback with us.

The toys are a hit, to many snacks tho!
Response from BULLYMAKESep 21, 2026
Hi Sherri! We’re so glad to hear the toys are a hit! If your pup would prefer fewer snacks, you can customize your box to better fit their preferences. We also offer a toy-only option, so you can focus on the toys they love most. https://bullymake.com/apps/subscriptions/manage#/my-subscriptions
