Pups loved the toys

My dog knew the package being delivered was for him.. he got super excited and tried to tear through the box. The plush was his first choice while my other pup chose the rope. I was a little disappointed with the ballistic toy.. totally not worth the money and I really wish I had gotten a rubber or a nylon chew instead. From my experience, the ballistic was just a waste of money and my dogs didn’t even like it. Felt like a cheap one dollar toy from Dollar tree because of that I’m dropping this from five stars to four. All in all.. it was good. Well, other than that toy it was great!!

I never would have guessed it, but these super hard toys are a HIT with my dogs! They are heavy chewers, and will gnaw on them for hours.

Fun to get a new box every month. Not really for us bc my Beagle chihuahua destroys all the toys right away and the ones she doesn't destroy she has no interest in. But I DO have to say this is the BEST customer service I have encountered and I am in customer service. Customer service gets hands down 5 stars and if I could give 6 stars for them I would.

The toys are perfect for my pup as he’s a chewer and loves to tear into things and destroy them. These toys give him a challenge! The only downfall about the box are the treats. My dog has food sensitives and is on a prescription diet so he can’t eat just any treats or any other food sources for that matter unless they align with his diet. So i think either it would be great to either make the boxes more personalized if a dog has diet restrictions, or just offer a box with no treats at all.

All products are great. Only had an issue with 2 pieces, but that was resolved very quickly. Within an hour of emailing, there was a replacement ordered. My only complaint is the treats quantity. The stick like treats are favorites for my Riot, but not nearly enough.

Great selection they love it love the nylon bones and the foitball
