Everything was awesome, however our extreme chewer ate the top of the treat ball in 20 minutes. She is a 7 year old rescue pit bull. We are looking forward to trying future toys. -Melissa

My son’s dog was very happy! I had to go back and forth with customer service regarding the correct shipping date and then they kind of forgot about us and didn’t ship the box, but in the end they were very kind and responsive and made sure the box was delivered.
