Thank you for your honest feedback, Jo. We're glad to hear you found the luffa to be good quality, but we're sorry they were smaller than you expected and didn't work as well for the bath sets you had planned. We understand how disappointing that can be, especially when you're preparing products for your customers. We appreciate you giving them a try and sharing your experience. Your feedback about the size is helpful, and we'll be sure to pass it along to our team. We hope the luffa still find a useful place in your projects! -The Bulk Apothecary Team

Thank you for sharing your honest feedback, James. We're sorry to hear that your experience has been frustrating, particularly with the website performance, finding the products you were looking for, and the timing of our review requests. We completely understand your point about receiving a review request before your order has even arrived. That's certainly not ideal, and we appreciate you bringing it to our attention. We're also sorry that your shipment has been delayed. We know how disappointing it is to place an order and then have to wait longer than expected to receive it. Your feedback about the website and product terminology is also valuable, especially as we're continually working to make the site easier to navigate and our product information clearer. We appreciate you giving us a try, and we hope your order arrives soon and gives us an opportunity to provide a better experience. -The Bulk Apothecary Team
