BuildZoomReviews of buildzoom.com

Lineman Construction Phila PA workers were unreliable. No show for weeks. Left me w/o heat, and appliances and unwilling to resolve concerns. Left w/o finishing job after pushing for more money to ‘buy materials.’

The experience was great. Linwood is a very well spoken craftsman that I would recommend to anyone

The ability to have more than one contractor to choose from was very instrumental to selection. I found that BuildZoom was more intuitive and up front with matching professionals to the task; providing at least four contractors to review. A perfect number so as not to overwhelm the intended party. Having selective choices regarding the actual performance of work to be conducted gives the home owner the ability to pick and choose a contractor without being pressured to grant the bid. After reviewing several contractors quoted prices (everyone was within range of each other), scope of work estimates with break down cost, truly allows for comparisons in price points. I can honestly say our project was a one-day venture, the contractor of choice was Dimensional Construction, LLC. During the scope of work there was a willingness to interact allowing for questions and upon discovery of an additional problem area, it was brought to attention, and addressed as needed; giving us the peace of mind knowingly that the problem was being resolved. We are extremely happy with the work ethnics and professionalism of Dimensional Construction LLC, and the follow up inquires (not overly aggressive, just the right number of mindful inquiries) from BuildZoom. These inquiries where assurances that things were going well and that the selection of the provided contractors were on par. Having discovered BuildZoom and after using their services takes the guess work out of sole searching for contractors among the plethora of service-oriented sites on the internet.

We found an excellent local contractor for snow removal and plowing. It was nice to be able to find all the info, see other reviews, and be sure their license was up to date.

My experience with Joey Ellis was professional and friendly. He did an excellent job installing 3 new doors at my house.

Very helpfull company

If I could chose 0 rating, I would. This company provides horrible customer service, do not come for a scheduled appointment, do not inform their vendors about the appointment and do not follow up, do not email or text me but rather they just do not show up. The appointment time and date was suggested by them. I then called to see what happened since no one showed up and they asked for one more chance. Another appointment made, no one called, no one showed up. I guess they do not need new business and do not care about potential customers. I can only imagine me trying to get them to reply to me if I became a customer. Bottom line, irresponsible and non communicative staff that I would never do business with.

Great job great workmanship
