Hi Ellen, Thank you for your review and for your purchase. I see that you purchased the 18hr Broker Responsibility continuing education package which includes Legal 1 & 2. None of the courses in this package require proctored exams. I also see that you only completed 1 class out of the 5 purchased. The other 4 were not started. 2 of the CE's in the package do not have exams at all. I think there may be some confusion about the courses you purchased with us. We would love to make this right for you. Please contact our offices so we can help make this experience a happy one for you. Please note: When we proctor an exam (required for all 30hr courses) we use a facial recognition software to capture your image and continuously verify that the image taken matches the image in front of the screen taking the exam. This allows you to take our course exams at home vs. in person. There is not an individual watching your take the exam. Also, the Broker Exam is done through TREC and must be done in person. We do not offer the Broker or Sales Person exams. We provide the education that is required to be eligible to take these two exams through TREC at a PearsonVue testing center.
