We wanted to follow up and note that we’ve already addressed this concern on another review platform and with you, but we’re happy to share the same information here to ensure clarity. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck after spending time watching a long video. We reviewed the course on your behalf and watched the video to verify the behavior you described. We were able to confirm that the confirmation/continue button does populate at the end of the video, and we were able to proceed past the video successfully. Typically, we do not watch course videos on a student’s behalf because we must remain compliant with TREC requirements and ensure that each student receives all of the information presented in the course materials. In this case, we viewed the video to confirm that the system was functioning correctly. You do not need to rewatch the video and should now be able to proceed with your studies. Hi Jerelvie! Thank you for giving us this feedback of your experience. We checked into the status of your account, and your license number and name as it appears on your license were not included in your profile. Unfortunately, due to the missing information, our system had no way to pull your credits to send them to TREC. We understand that first-time renewals can be daunting and confusing, so to help with this, we add directions after each course exam. The instructions can be found in the tab labeled "OPEN THIS!" Once opened, the instructions say, "Congratulations! You have completed your course! To receive credit for the course, you MUST do the following..." and it leads the course taker to make sure their credentials are added to their profile. Thankfully, you called in to check on the status of your credits before your expiration date, and your credits were immediately posted to TREC while on the call. So the good news is that your credits were posted before the end of the month, during business hours. Also, your information has since been added to your account for any future courses that you may wish to take. We wish you all the best in your success!

We do apologize for the frustration you have experienced. Unfortunately, there was some oversight in following the policy of deactivating a refunded account. Once it was brought to our attention that the refund was not a return of the course but due to the order being attempted twice, your account was quickly restored. First and foremost, please accept our sincerest apologies for the negative experience you had. Our team here strives to always put our students first and meet your needs as they arise. Unfortunately, the 2 emails we received from you on Tuesday the 31st were at the end of the month, a time when we are slammed with last-minute requests to post credits. We always try to remind our students to finish early, but we understand that life happens and that cannot always be accomplished. Mr. Culpepper has a right to be upset. Our platform went down and when it came back up, we had to manually enter all the courses again. We missed his and caused him a delay in getting started. As hard as we try to be excellent, sometimes we drop the ball, and this was one of those times. We are refunding Mr. Culpepper the total costs for the courses and extended our sincere regret and an apology that this unfortunate incident occurred. We’re human. We messed up and we fixed it.

All Pre-licensing courses also include instructor-led training videos that will allow you to study at your own pace, repeat any material for clarification, and review before your final exam.
