Three of the courses that I purchased as a part of the CE bundle have expired. I purchased the bundle Jan 6th, 2026. The courses expired Dec. 31, 2025. I feel like those courses should have been updated as soon as Jan 1st, 2026 hit. I still gave a three out of five because the courses that I am able to take from the bundle have been great so far. Plus, it was my negligence for not completing my required CE hours for renewing in a timelier fashion.

Great classes however they are not updated with new rules and changes so the Information was not accurate.

Hi Jill. Thank you for taking the time to post a review for us. We were told by the local board and TR that the changes that were made beginning August 14, 2024 were not necessarily the final changes that will be made. Several versions of forms for buyer reps, nuances in the rule changes etc have been generated and there may be additional /changed versions of both as the market settles. We have been waiting for definite decisions to be made about the forms, the verbiage, and the actual rules before re-writing our courses. Hope this helps. Enjoy your day!

Some things on the subject matter is not as to the point as it should be, causing you to miss important information due to loss of attention.

The too sensitive system suspended me over 10 times, and I have never received the emails with the instructions to retrieve the access, wasted me too much time!
Response from The Real Estate Business SchoolAug 15, 2022
I am sorry to hear about your experience with the student verification system. After not answering the security question within a timely manner and/or answering accurately, your account is suspended. After being suspended, you receive a reactivation email to the email associated with your account. Did you check your spam and junk inbox for the email? Sometimes there is a delay in receiving the email. You can always give our office a call during business hours and we can reactivate your account.

I did not do my research on the type of class I was signing up for, but I was hoping there was videos or that the content would have audio. However, it was all reading. Not a problem, but also sort of boring for those of us with short attention spans. Each chapter is only one to three pages though, so it went quickly. Quizzes are not graded- great if you are just wanting to get done, but does not assure that you are learning anything.

Hi Jessica, Thank you for your purchase. We are sorry you found TREC's curriculum boring. When it comes to Broker Responsibility and Up to Speed on Residential Contracts, we are "by the book" TREC provided. We hope you enjoy the videos/audio in Legal 1 & 2 and 4x4 Marketing. The fact that the quizzes and end of course exams are no longer graded is a new policy TREC enacted this year. Unfortunately there is nothing we can do about that. We appreciate your feedback though.

I found a lot of unnecessary content. Test questions were not related to questions in manual high lighted. This was frustrating. Testing was good.
Response from The Real Estate Business SchoolApr 2, 2021
Keely, thank you for your feedback. We do have a lot of content that is useful information required by TREC to include in our courses, but may not end up on the end-of-course exams. We're sorry you found this frustrating. The Instructor-led training videos included in your course are a review of the entire course with an emphasis on the content on the exams. It may be more helpful for you to focus on the recorded classes rather than to focus on the course book. Please let us know if you need any assistance and make sure to take the Exam Prep included in your course package before you sit for the State exam. This is the most important course you will take!
