I have sent several request and left messages regarding not being able to start my prep classes. No one has responded. I need those classes removed that I have already taken and have the certificate for to be removed so I can begin the prep course to get licensed. Thank you

Took a lot calls and text back and forth to get my classes loaded and now taking a long time and two calls so far to get them sent to Trec. I've been attending this school for all my course work since 2018 and this is the only time I've had trouble. Tr

Thank you for taking the time to leave a review of your experience. We are sorry to hear you feel it was a negative one. It may help to know that TREC allows us up to 10 business days for posting the completed credits, and when we checked into your account, your credits were posted within the allotted time, and less than 24 hours of your initial call. We hope that you continue to use TREBS in the future, and we look forward to serving your renewal needs in the years to come. Best wishes in your success!

The material has not been well organized. Lecture videos associated with chapters may cover content not related to that chapter and may miss content that was on the chapter. Also, for each chapter, there are a mandatory lecture video, individual module videos and review videos which all overlap the same topics, but they are unskippable.

Thank you offering your perspective on our courses. We do apologize that your experience was not what you expected. We strive to present the best material in the best way possible and are always willing to consider improvements. Unfortunately, TREC determines whether we can place skippable content, so that is not something we cannot change. And not all content in the chapter is present in the exams, which might help explain the method as to what gets covered and what gets repeated. Please give us a call if you'd like to discuss. Thank you for your feedback and we wish you great success in your future endeavors.

I was suspended at least 7-8 times for putting in my correct zip code. I called the office the first time and was told they weren't sure why it happened. I ended up wasting 15-20 minutes logging in 2-3 times most times it happened.

Hi, Jim When placing your order online, the 9-digit ZIP Code was submitted and entered into your profile. The system was asking for the full 9-digit zip code that was entered at checkout. Your zip code in your profile has since been corrected.

I paid for classes (Legal I and II) and they said I had already taken the classes. Then I should receive a refund or get the new January classes offered at no cost.

Hi Sheila, I'm sorry about the confusion with our legal courses. We add legal courses to all CE packages at no cost. I do see you were late taking your SAE courses and early taking your next round of CE's which does create an overlap for the legal courses since we add them to every CE package at no cost. I also see that your courses for the current package you purchased, are set to expire in Feb of 2022. In Jan of 2022 we will be switching out all Legal courses for the new versions. This means you'll automatically receive the new versions of the Legal courses because your account will still be active. We apologize for the misunderstanding and hope that you can wait until the new classes are available.

Horrible software program. You don’t deliver what you promise. I have to call multiple times over the same topic to get an answer. You never call me back when you say you will. I’m taking a state test prep course with champions; I’ve had enough of you. Will not recommend you to anyone.

Hi Tim, Sorry you struggled with our platform. We get rave reviews on it, but it obviously did not work for you. Was there something specific? We are always looking for ways to improve our platform...so if you happen to see this and will reply, we will certainly address that issue & make it better...

There were many errors in grammar and spelling throughout the courses. I have been working alongside a realtor in learning how to conduct business, and I have learned more from him than I have from these courses by far. There were a couple of things I asked him help for with the reading in these courses, as I was confused by the material. When I asked for help, the agent I asked was also confused by the material being covered.

Drake, Yes, the material can sometimes be confusing, we agree. That is why we created over 900 animations to explain these complicated subjects. We are at a loss as we do not have the specifics of the situation; if we did we could correct it, but not sure what specifically you are referring to...sorry you had trouble...
