We wanted to follow up and note that we’ve already addressed this concern on another review platform and with you, but we’re happy to share the same information here to ensure clarity. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We understand how frustrating it can be to feel stuck after spending time watching a long video. We reviewed the course on your behalf and watched the video to verify the behavior you described. We were able to confirm that the confirmation/continue button does populate at the end of the video, and we were able to proceed past the video successfully. Typically, we do not watch course videos on a student’s behalf because we must remain compliant with TREC requirements and ensure that each student receives all of the information presented in the course materials. In this case, we viewed the video to confirm that the system was functioning correctly. You do not need to rewatch the video and should now be able to proceed with your studies.
