After completing both the Investing 101: Does the Price I Pay for Property REALLY Matter? and Investing 202: How to Measure ROI and Risk classes I know that I am FAR more ahead in the roller coaster of real estate economics than any of my newly licensed friends. I know this because they have licenses and I do not, yet. I have purchased my courses but needed an extra push to get started. Wayne’s light hearted but serious delivery of the manuals with all their formulas, acronyms and abbreviations made it enjoyable for me to learn and understand a tremendous amount of information. I now have the tools alone with the inspiration to move forward in my real estate career. I have a number of colleagues that I’ll be recommending to take these courses. Five stars and a high five to this program!

BEST informative education in Real Estate. Examples provided of scenarios that may occur and "HOW" to handle with care and give clients great "feedback" on questions and concerns. Always GREAT to stay up to date on ALL Real Estate concerns and client support/communications. Definitely taking continued education in the near future & beyond!
