As usual, Wayne Morgan presented a great class with lots of information. By going in-depth into the Cap Rate, Cash-on-Cash Return and more, I was able to see how to compute them, what they mean and why they are important calculations to take into consideration. Wayne always interjects a lot of his own experience and life lessons into the courses which is an added bonus!
