I enjoy buildium it is user friendly and easy to get help when needed. I would love to see an option to send things like addendums/assignments or inspections for signing without having to create a lease.

Buildium suits all my needs as a small business owner. Having everything in one program allows me more time to concentrate on other aspects of the business. Our residents love their access to the site!

Platform looks nice and is relatively easy to use. Using it for complex NNN can be tough at times to make the system work, but it is capable.
