I had called in several times to resolve two big accounting questions, and was not able to get help. In talking to him, he guided me through all the steps and was patient with me as I was working through things myself with his guidance. Even asking me to tell him what I am doing out loud, as I figured it out my self. From writing zero dollar checks to transfer money between properties to partial paying bills to sending deposit reserves back to owners. I wish I could always talk to him when calling in.

Joseph understood each of my questions and was able to assist all of my concerns. Also, talked about how Buildium product support constantly looks for ways to get better.

The wait time was very short. Gentleman was very polite and was able to put me in touch with the 1099k department. Thank you

Since implementing Buildium with my property management company it has been nothing but problems. The application and screening feature does not work. Customer service is slow and unreliable. When trying to work through why the application and screening process do not work, once it was obvious it was not a quick-fix, our support ticket was completely dropped and they stopped answering emails. We have to continue to screen tenants through a third-party website. Rental payments are unreliable. They advertise that you will receive rental payments "next-day". This is incorrect. AFTER signing up for their software, we were informed that Buildium fronts the payments. It takes 5 business days to leave the tenant's bank account, leading to many reversed/bounced payments. Bank feed no longer works. This is a current issue. It has been 2 weeks since this issue was raised, but has not worked for over a month. Still no progress from customer support. This is important because they advertise auto reconciliation, but having to manually reconcile books once again. This is an expensive application. Zillow is free and the features and customer support is so much better.
