I order a pillow from Buffy "on free trial" which never arrived. However my crdeit card was charged for the pillow. I emailed them a couple of times with no response. I later received an email stating that the pillow was out of stock and they needed more time to get it to me. It never arrived and my credit card is still being charged for the pillow dispite the fact that I disputed the charge with my credit card company. watch out for this company!

falsely advertised as high quality and sustainable but the duvet covers rip on the first use and they won't replace it 😬

I placed an order and received an email confirmation. The next day they sent me an email stating both items I ordered were out of stock and I could select different colors and it would be shipped. My credit card has been charged, I have not received any updates on my order. I've emailed five times and have not received a response. Their phone does not work either. I was very excited to their product, but it has been an extremely frustrating process and has gotten to the point where it feels like a scam Buyer beware......

I ordered 2 twin comforters on October 16. On October 17, I received an email that said, “We're saddened to inform you that our Cloud Comforter - Cherry Petal / Twin/Twin XL & Cloud Comforter - French Clay / Twin/Twin XL literally just sold out. We apologize for the inconvenience. These items will be back in stock in mid-November.” Insanely long wait-period, but whatever. They also offer a replacement with another color, but they only have white available. Meanwhile, I check their website to see what else they have and literally none of their comforters are listed as out-of-stock. To the date I am writing this, no comforters were ever listed as unavailable that I saw. You could still purchase them. But I am desperate for a new blanket, so I cancel that order and get 1 queen comforter instead on October 22. On October 24 I received an email that said, “We're saddened to inform you that our Cloud Comforter - Cherry Petal / Full/Queen literally just sold out. We apologize for the inconvenience. This item will be back in stock in mid-November.” I decided then to cancel that order as well, but the money from both refunds has not yet shown up in my account. If your products aren’t available don’t let me buy it, and mark it as out-of-stock on your website. Finally, the copied customer service responses felt so scammy and weird. Hopefully the money returns to me soon!

HORRIBLE COMPANY! I bought a comforter on September 23rd for my daughters October 3rd birthday....I NEVER RECEIVED THE ITEM after MULTIPLE PLEAS for a human to let me know if they would ever fulfill the order. After 10 emails ...one a day NO ONE EVER RESPONDED. Today October 9th I threatened bank action and they promptly responded that item is out of stock and they initiated bnk credit. I checked my bank and it has been initiated. I feel bad because my daugher was so excited and now 6 days later her mom still has no gift! NEVER BUFFY, CO!!!!!!!!

My experience with Buffy has been appalling. I will never purchase from this business again. The two duvet inserts and duvet covers I ordered do not fit either of the beds I purchased them for. Buffy advertises a free trial period, promising not to charge customers, should they make a return within the allotted time window. However, Buffy has made it impossible to contact anyone at the company in which to initiate a return. All customer service emails bounce back. The phone number for the company does not work. There is no chat option on the website. The PR team does not respond to emails from customers. I have tried every way I can find to try and connect with someone at Buffy, no avail. I was charge almost $700 for products that are useless -- the wrong size and incredibly poor quality. I have filed a compliant with both the Better Business Bureau and my credit card company. But so far there has been no resolution. Buyer beware: you are better off buying from literally any other company

Horrible customer service with no way to contact other than email which they don't respond to. Shipping is insanely misleading as you can see from the reviews. Its been 7 days and my package is still listed as "ready to ship" even though it was supposed to arrive within 3-5 days. After reading the below reviews, I don't imagine it will ever come. Will never purchase anything from this company ever again.

Horrible company! Should have read reviews! Do not order from this fraudulent company! Still waiting for duvet ordered nine days ago. Business says 3-5 business days. Shame on @architecuraldigest for recommending!
