I wish I'd checked the reviews before I purchased this pillow. Was given the impression that the 7 day trial was automatic. Now learn it isn't. I wanted to exchange for a firmer model. I sent emails to both addresses listed on the website. Both came back as "inactive". So no way to reach the company.

My husband and I were both too hot sleeping under the Breeze Comforter. It feels great when we first got in, but got hot very quickly. We returned. And, the 7 night try-before-you-buy is misleading. We placed our order on the 13th, received the order on the 16th and were billed on the 19th. Their website even says they will cancel the hold on your card, if you ask to return within that 7 day period. Our card was charged after the 3rd night - we asked to return the next morning.

Package never arrived. Company was super apathetic about fixing anything. We ordered direct from their site, promised arrival within a week. A month later nothing and on tracking is just sitting in one spot for 3 wks. When we emailed the company, they shrugged saying yeah there's delays and no time frame or investigation into why it is sitting in one spot for weeks and no accountability. We asked them to either resend a new package express or just cancel and refund ...now let's see how long that will take now for them to respond and actually have any follow through Worst experience. Buy from somewhere else.

I ordered a King size comforter. I received a queen comforter. I had to send pictures of the tag for them to see I was telling the truth. They must be super duper busy - I’ve not received an update or return label after contacting them on Wednesday.

I hate to even have to write this, but my experience with Buffy has been less than ideal.. I'll preface by saying I was a big buffy stan. I purchased a queen cloud comforter years ago and absolutely love it. When we upgraded to a king bed, I decided to splurge on a new comforter and king duvet/sheet set. When you spend almost $800 on a nice bedding set, you'd think it would last more than a year... well come to find out my sheets are deteriorating.. the hole is bigger than my hand at this point. How that came to be is beyond, since the sheets haven't pilled like I've experienced with cheaper sheets in the past. I immediately emailed buffy in hope they would be able to help in any way and all they could give me was some code for 20% off, while the same sale is happening on their site right now. Like I'm going to buy another set of sheets from them just to have this happen again.. I will not be purchasing ever again. Buffy is a disgrace and should be disappointed in themselves.

I ordered the cloud comforter in early December. Received notice it wouldn’t arrive until January, which was fine since I expected as much with holidays. No updates on the order until January 12th saying it was shipped. The tracking number provided does not exist in fedex or the shop app. Additionally when I opened the shop app through the buffy email, it said my package was already delivered on the 16th when it was not. Now the app says “shipped” and “waiting for details” but the tracking number remains invalid. The package is completely untraceable and there is no response from customer service besides the same cookie cutter “we’re understaffed and it’s the holidays” (maybe I’m being petty but it is no longer the holidays). I want to go about a refund if it hasn’t arrived by next week but I don’t trust that I’ll even get a response to do so. It appears many others are having the same issues. Trying to give benefit of the doubt that it’s an issue on FedEx’s side but I can’t resolve any of the confusion without a functional tracking number which only buffy can provide, and they are not doing so.

Honestly, I might give them a 1.5 if I’m feeling nicer because at least they offered a refund. I ordered a pillow at the end of November and was contacted early December saying that there are delays and it’s estimated to ship on december 20. Okay, it’s a month later even though their website says would ship in 3-5 days, I get that it’s the holidays though so I’m willing to wait. Almost a month later on the 20th, I get no update so I email asking about an update. I’m told that they can’t respond right away so someone gets back to me on the 23. They say it probably won’t deliver by Christmas, and they can let me know when it’s back in stock (???) and estimated ship date is late december. This is weird because it said in stock when I bought it initially back in November, so it’s weird they didn’t take that account when the orders were being placed. It’s also just not very professional to say it’ll be shipped on the 20th and not update whatsoever. I was responded to today on the 27th but now they say it’s expected to ship out early to mid January. At this point I just ask for a refund and we’ll see if they even give it to me. One of their selling points is that they won’t charge you until you’ve tried the pillow. But they charged me early in December because of how long it’s been taking to even prepare to stock or ship. I checked the website and not only did they disable reviews (of course it’ll be rated 4.5 or 5 stars if they curate reviews…) they also hiked up the price to double what I was going to pay even though it’s said to be a holiday discount too now for New Years. I just think the whole situation was unprofessional and such a hassle to deal with. The parts that particularly got on my nerves were that they said the pillow was in stock when it clearly wasn’t stocked enough, not getting updates unless I prodded about it, and not even having my emails being read until days later because of their automated system. Also constantly pushing back the date to 2 months or more later. I’m willing to wait for most things, but with no consistent updates when being promised a specific date it just isn’t worth it.

Copy paste customer service responses. Order days before Thanksgiving but Black Friday deal throughout the month. Received duvet cover before comforter. What is the point in that? Didn't open package and check quality since I had no comforter. Was told it would be shipped out a few days later. Was then told billing would not be processed after the 7 days trial. Processed three later still comforter hasn't been shipped. Trial still continued since I received the duvet cover without the comforter. Ended up saying cancel my order because comforter was delayed the second time after Thanksgiving. Received refund for non-shipped comforter immediately. They sent FedEx tracking label for duvet cover. I give them props for that, but still have not received full refund and it has been 13 days since they received duvet cover. *"As soon as we receive your return package back at our facility, we can issue a refund for any payment you might have made. This may take 7 to 10 business days due to shipping and processing time." Copy paste customer service responses says they will personally handle the account/order but it's BS talk. Be authentic and live up to your word Buffy.
