I wish I had read these reviews before ordering. About a week after ordering a comforter and cover from Buffy, like many others here I got an email saying the color was sold out and I had to choose another color. Since then I have attempted 3 times to reach them by email and tried to call twice. The phone number is out of service and they have not replied to my emails. I will be filing a dispute with my credit card company. This company is a scam, despite appearing legitimate online.

I would NEVER recommend this company to anyone! The absolute and total lack of customer service, responsiveness is appalling. I got an email yesterday asking for a review of the product which I still have yet to receive over 12 days late and repeated attempts to find out why with no response.

We have had great service from this company in past X 5 with no issues, but this time we received an email a week after placing the order saying we had to pick another color. This was done and no other follow up was given. Days later, we still can't get in touch with company, so we had to file a claim with our financial institution. Many others on Facebook with the same comments. Buffy seems to have gone to the dark side, and they don't even have a working phone number.

NEVER BUY FROM THIS COMPANY. Buffy never sent a tracking number, an email confirmation, or communicate with me or fulfill the order for months. Only when I threatened to dispute the charge did they finally say comforter and duvet cover were on the way. I received them eventually, but never did get an itemized receipt. Now that the weather is colder, today I tried to put duvet cover on comforter and it does not fit, but is considerably smaller than the comforter. Shame on this company. You’ve been warned.

I wish I would have read these reviews first. Ordered pillows in August. Got the email that everyone seems to be getting saying "just sold out" and will ship when available. It is now the end of November, and the most recent email I got, extended it another month. I have already been charged for the pillows, because I used Shop Pay at check out. How can a company be allowed to hold your money for 4 months, and not ship the product? Then keep saying that the date will be extended another month. I am the one constantly reaching out to them for an update too. For waiting four months, you would think they would update me every couple of weeks. I was so excited for these pillows, and wanted to keep adding to my set. After reading these reviews, I think I will look elsewhere for something different.

I bought a set of Buffy sheets (Breeze style) of which the fitted sheet started to shred after 8 months. I sent a message and photos to Buffy and they told me I could not get a refund or credit because of their care instructions (the only difference is that I washed them on warm, not cool...even so, they should not have shredded after only 8 months), not even a replacement of just the fitted sheet. I think this is very poor customer service. I have a comforter from them which is fine but I have never washed it since I use a duvet cover. So if you want to wash your bedding, don't buy Buffy!

Terrible customer support. My package was never delivered (I Have a door camera) and Buffy refuses to assist or refund me.

I have two of their duvets, and they’re fantastic. I also bought pillows and am very happy with them. However, ordering sheets has been a frustrating experience. Their website shows items as "in stock," but after placing my order, I’ve ended up waiting for months. When I’ve tried switching colors to get something sooner, I find myself needing new pillowcases to match, only to discover they’re out of stock as well. This cycle has happened twice now. My feedback for Buffy: please update your website to reflect accurate stock levels. It’s frustrating to place an order and find out later it’s unavailable
