Honestly was a huge fan of Buffy and had bought a cloud comforter back in 2019 and 2021, but lately it seems they aren’t even the same company. In the past I received my order in a timely manner, but now it’s been over 3 weeks and my comforter has yet to arrive. This might be more on usps then Buffy, but it still took a week to even ship out and when I finally sent an email about it, they did respond saying they have a “high volume of orders”, but then it shipped out the next day. A little odd. It’s been stuck with ACI, a shopping partner of usps who has their own problems with package theft. And now I’m just waiting for a blanket, as I sleep without one every night it does not arrive. Very annoying and I’m upset because this will end my loyalty to Buffy for comforters. Just go to Macy’s or something and don’t waste your time with this company who has lost their passion.

they have fake advertising and fake reviews.. The cloud blanket is the complete opposite of what is advertised, as a customer you can't leave a review. The "try it at home" offer is also fake. The company is a scam. They don't allow returns for their falsely advertised cloud blanket either, they want you to travel a great distance to return it at a donation store. None of this info is in the up front agreement, they do this to deter you from receiving a refund from their fake products. I've also submitted my review to the BBB and my credit card co.

This company is AWFUL. The website is fantastic with glowing reviews—very deceiving. 1) they offer a “try free for 7 days” (don’t believe this—they will charge your card automatically!!) 2) I only got my items after lodging a complaint with PayPal and 3) the company phone number listed is bogus and does not work and 4) the item quality is average at best—definitely not worth the money. I should’ve checked the reviews before purchasing—don’t make the same mistake!!

I ordered a Breeze sheet set in Seashell in April 2023 and I received it in a timely manner and was very happy with the product until recently. I purchased a Breeze duvet cover in Oyster about a year ago as well. Around October 2024, I noticed some small holes forming in the fitted sheet. After a couple months, those holes turned into giant tears and the whole fitted sheet started to shred apart. I was really bummed because these really are the softest sheets I’ve ever had and they kept me very cool even on hot nights. A sheet set at this price point should not be falling apart so quickly, but against my better judgment, I ordered a replacement fitted sheet. For some reason, the fitted sheets aren’t available in seashell (not just sold out - not even available for purchase at all) so I had to choose another color. I decided to get a fitted sheet in Oyster to match my duvet cover. Over a week went by and I had received no correspondence about my order. Not even a confirmation email. But I had been charged and my Shop app showed an active order from Buffy. After two weeks, I emailed and it took 3 days to get a response. They told me that the Breeze fitted sheet in Oyster was sold out and would ship in a month and a half, or I could choose a different color. I chose to wait because I wanted to keep my bedding at least somewhat cohesive with colors. Finally, the fitted sheet shipped a few days after they originally said it would. I figured my frustration was over but nope! I got into bed a few nights ago and surprise! Now the top sheet has a big tear in it at the bottom near my feet. So now every time I get into bed, I have to be very careful not to accidentally put my foot through the hole and make it worse. I checked Buffy’s website to see if I could purchase just a flat sheet and that option is nowhere to be found, so I sent yet another email. Three days later, I got a response with a link to purchase a flat sheet. But for some reason, the flat sheet is only available in a few colors, none of which are the colors I’ve already purchased. I don’t understand why they would sell full sets in certain colors but not the single items that will inevitably need to be replaced. I’m currently awaiting an email response about whether or not they can just let me purchase a single flat sheet in the color I want. I’m completely done with Buffy after this. I can’t believe I’ve given them so much money. I’ve had cheap sheets from Bed Bath and Beyond and Target last longer than these overpriced (but admittedly very very soft) sheets.

I regret I did not read the review and didn't know about this site before purchasing the body pillow. They charged me immediately $89 for the body pillow and it took almost 10 days to receive. They said they only charged after the 7-day trial period which is not true. The body pillow is not a pillow case and it looks nothing like the picture on the web site (probably $15 the most). They are definitely scammer and I told them I will report them to the Better Business Bureau. When I demanded a refund as per the agreement, they asked me to donate to charity to get a receipt and they will then refund me. I am going to forfeit $89 rather than doing something with the charity since I don't want to be scammed by them again.

Have never written a review in my life but this disgraceful company is worth the time. They backordered our delivery, refused to give us updates until they finally reached out saying the duvet color we picked was out of stock. After waiting and consistently being told to not double email, because it goes to the bottom of the queue, we finally hear back. Their customer support is the worst I have ever seen from any company and they have no CRM to track commuinication. I am now trying to return the items because they are not working as advertised. After 2 months, I am being told they cannot process a return. Without a doubt this is the worst experience I have had buying a product and I just had to "purchase" a root canal for my teeth. These people should be ashamed of how they deal with clients and handle anything support related

My hubby ordered me the large body pillow as a gift paid $123 with shipping. I have the pillow and have since purchased thier body pillow cases to help protect it. A few months ago I noticed my pillow has some staining on the corners and thought to myself i have to get this cleaned . The tag says dry clean only. I have taken this to 5 dry cleaners in my area who have turned me away saying they do not do these pillows because of the outcome. The inside stuff droops or is just flat after dry cleaning, So I contacted the company who said tough luck. This is not right . This is theft by deception. If we knew this could never be cleaned we would never have paid this kind of money. This is just a glorified over stuffed version of the Walmart body pillow. BEWARE DO NOT ORDER FROM THIS COMPANY. FRAUD WRITTEN ALL OVER IT.

Absolutely awful fraudulent of a company who takes your money, ghosts you, and you’re out of luck. Don’t give them your money.
