Hi Robin! We're sorry to hear you're unhappy with your Budsies experience so far! Since our Budsies products are custom made, each plush has an estimated turnaround date, but it can vary based on the plush. Our designers also reached out to you several times during the production process which extended the overall time and put your order on temporary holds. Sneak Peeks on orders also add time, and our system shows the Sneak Peek for your puppet order was approved by you. Your order is currently out for delivery! When it arrives, feel free to email us at [email protected] for more help with your questions! :)
