Creativity brought to life!
i love how you guys brought my character Minky to life! I love your idea for this business and I hope you continue doing this for many years to come! The plushie was verry high quality and so soft. The eyes are absolutely adorable. You guys also stuffed him perfectly! Overall this was amazing.

Hi Elena! Thank you so much for your kind words! Minky's character art you made was beautiful and really helped our designers when making his plush! The additional faux fur, weighted, and supersized upgrades added so many cool aspects to his plush overall, we're glad you love his Budsie! We appreciate your review, thanks again Elena! 💙

Incredible business
I've bought 3 plushies from this company, 2 arrived, with one on the way. Their quality and service has been so incredibly above and beyond every single time, and their customer service is incredible. You can tell they really care about the work they do.

Jare's Budsie's Arrival
Team was super friendly and still gave me insight for the plushie despite not getting the sneak peek option. Packaging 5/5 Plastic branded bag sealed the plushie in great condition. Communication 4/5 Should've gotten the sneak peek option, but was still provided with great feedback and confirmations. Budsie Plush 5/5 Everything I hoped for in the plush and more. Scaling was great and material felt very nice.

The budsie seems well made, but unfortunately it didn't match the description my daughter wrote, so instead of being happy to receive it, she's sad because it's not the animal she created. I'm not sure how no one noticed this during the design and creation of the project.

If you could please email [email protected], we'll be happy to see how we can help to make sure your daughter and you end your Budsies experience on a high note! 💙

We have used budsies for two other…
We have used budsies for two other commissioned projects and we have upgraded to get a preview of the design. We added that this time and didn't get it. We got our order and it was not to the same quality as the two previous and we're a bit disappointed.

Don’t commission this company for your stuffed animal!
The plushy was exactly what I didn’t want, it looks creepy and I was told there was an additional cost for embroidered features which I didn’t have a problem to pay extra.. but they proceeded with their own design. The plushy looks far from the image provided. It was a cat, but it looks like a wolf/ fox -Annabelle style with long legs…when it was time to review it I was told I didn’t pay for review prior for shipping. If you are asking so much money, you should allow people to review what they are signing up for. I ended up paying almost 200$ for a creepy ugly looking stuffed animal my child refused to even look at it. I was also out of town and asked the company to ship it for my return instead they just sent it while I wasn’t home and it was sitting on my porch for several days. Worse experience ever. Don’t ask for photos and details if you are going to do your own thing..

Hi Jade! We're so sorry with you're unhappy with you kiddo's Budsie plushie! Our Sneak Peeks are an optional upgrade that lets you request rounds of changes to the plushie with our designers, and that's where the additional cost is from! We also checked with our team and they unfortunately did not hear from you about holding your order once it arrived to our headquarters. We'd love to see how we can help more and end your Budsies experience on a high note. Could you please email us at [email protected]? Our team will be happy to help from there! 💙

I've bought from Budsies several times…
I've bought from Budsies several times before, and each time, I was pleased with the results. In this instance, the plushie I received was particularly endearing! I was able to clearly communicate with the designers. I'd love to buy from this company again in the future.

Hi Everest! We're glad we've been able to make 3 Budsies orders from you now! Your new Specialty Budsie of Riot Ashbyte turned out great! His vampire wings and the color used throughout his design are super cool! The weighted feature was a great addition as well. We are so happy you love your Budsies plushies you've received so far, and we'll be here if you ever want to bring another character to life in the future. 💙
