BTS did a great job of making the sell, but the customer ended there. We had questions relative to a large promotional sale that began just days after our purchase (and we asked our salesperson if there were any upcoming sales and she assured us there were none) and every level of management that we attempted to speak to was evasive, none responsive and rude! It was clear that the company motto was sealing the deal of the sale. It was a very disappointing experience! I have additional bedding that I'd still like to obtain, but find it extremely difficult to return. Hoping that my experience was an isolated one.

Selection good, staff helpful, prices high

Between the Sheets offers a fabulous selection of luxury bedding and home items. I especially enjoy shopping for unique gifts at Between the Sheets.

Product is expensive such as bedsheets but the quality compared to similar products not up to par. Thread count quality is different for the same specification and the feel and touch vastly inferior

I had a very bad experience. I bought a chair, went back to take it home and they said they had mis- marked it and would not let me take it. Consumer Affairs tried to deal with them and they refused. I was instructed by Consumer Affairs to take it to small claims court. I decide to let it go. But I shared my story to many, who will not shop there again.

We have had wonderful service at this fascinating store! Well worth a visit!!

Lovely store. Exceptional items. Beautiful linens & home items. Really a lovely staff there to answer all your questions. I love this store.
