This company is a scam. Let me tell you firsthand my experience with them. I bought two ASIC miners S19J Pro 104 TH. Did I get the products? Yes. Were they new? No. They were caked with dust and with machines that have a 4-6 year run time before you have to replace parts. I asked them to tell me what was going on. China considers them new because they have a one-year warranty. So their version of new and Americans version of new is two completely different things. They're basically handing down old equipment with a warranty. After that, I had to send it back for a refund. I got a refund. But then I had to pay the restocking fee of 3.5% for getting used equipment. What a rip-off. They were filled with zero information and no help at all. Honestly, this is the scam part. So, if you buy equipment from them they can send you any piece of crap hardware they have then if you don't like it you're either stuck with it or send it back and then they'll charge you a restocking fee. Either way, they win. Buyer beware this company is the worst. If you want more information on this simply buy from them and tell me how it goes. Real ASIC hardware should come in a Bitman Box with Bitman tape. Not used and run the life out of it.

The two Bitmain miners were new, direct from Bitmain - in Bitmain boxes and Bitmain tape. In fact, when the customer returned the miners they were still in Bitmain boxes and had the original packaging cut open. We inspected the units and did not find them caked with dust as described. Just to be sure we ran the serial numbers and they still show 10 months of the factory warranty remaining. With regards to the restocking fee policy - we no longer can sell these miners as new as the miners had been removed from the factory packaging. As a result, the price for re-sale is lower. The restocking fee splits the cost difference so that we both absorb the loss when a customer changes their mind. We apologized that the customer was not satisfied with the purchase and refunded. We had been in contact with him numerous times to address the concerns and thought we reached a reasonable solution. We are committed to working with customers when there is a problem.

UPDATED below: Bt miners sent me the wrong miner with a power supply (50hz) that will not work on my continent. I was unable to contact customer service and cannot use my miner. UPDATE: No, my PSU lists a 50hz power supply on the side of the box. I was also sent an S9K when I ordered an S9SE.

Ryan, We have looked into your complaint and have contacted you several times regarding the issue. All power supplies have a range so this will work on 50hz - 60hz. The plug is the standard that come from the manufacturer. Miners typically change the cord to match the 220v outlet that they are using. If you have an issue with the miner, we would be happy to schedule a call with out technical service team to assist. We can be contacted at [email protected] or 813-680-2008. We are committed to working to resolve customer problems. Thank you, BT-Miners

I knew buying a used miner was a shot in the dark. The machine works but barely goes over 380MH/s even with an ac cooled down room with air flow. I’ve tried different set ups in the last few days and nothing seems to be working to up the speed to the 504MH/s they advertised. Yes I got the machine but I will not ever be spending money or recommending BT Miners to anyone I know in the crypto world. I recommend looking into other companies. Trying to keep my cool knowing I just bought a $1500 paper weight.

We apologize that you are experiencing problems. You did receive the used miner you purchased. If you have any issue on the quality, please contact us for customer service. Based on your time it is already out of the 7 day warranty time, but please contact us soon as possible so we can try to help. As what you order is used L3+, this miner has been used for many years and the condition is definitely not as good as brand new one. However, we have our technical team here to help assist, identify issues, and will help solve the problem. The worst case, you can request replacement or refund. We were unaware that you were experiencing problems. Just leaving a negative review without ever contacting us isn't the right way to solve the problem.
