Purchased S19 back in December 21 and received it 1st week of Jan 22 by DHL. It was a smooth purchasing and delivery process. I suggest to BT Miner to send photos of purchased used miners before shipping as my miners was really over used and not worth the saving. However, after a through cleaning from dust and other residuals, the miner is working well for 3 weeks now without any issue. I will purchase again. My location is 🇸🇦 Saudi

Bought 2 l3s. Shipping was crazy fast. They arrived a little dusty and with 1 worn connector on the control board. This was easy to fix. Miners still seem to be working well. Will probably pick up a couple of more.

I ordered for the first time with BT Miners and the Power supply I recieved was not working. I called them and they sent me a new working Power supply and helped me to setup my antminer. They were very helpful and I appreciated their prompt response
