Placed an order for 3 iPollo Miners on 09 Aug 2022 from them. The owner KC Tang says will ship out in 5 days. Until 20 Aug. 2022 they gave me a tracking number which was a label created only. Few days later, they told me the miners were stolen at the UPS access point! Then I request full refund, they refused first and want to charge a cancelation fee for 20%! It is really ridiculous, they delayed shipping and gave a fake tracking number to customer. After begging they to refund me, they mailed a check which is unable to redeem because of misspelling and handwriting mistake! In the end, they accept to refund in Crypto (Tether USD) which I pay for at the beginning. But I still waiting for it! Will take other actions if they do not refund. Updates: After long periods waiting, finally get back little amount of refund(13% of the full-payment). Will keep updating if any progress.

I’d use another seller next time - extremely slow shipping ! You pay $100 to ship and Their website says in stock and ships in 3-5 days . Took 3 weeks before they shipped the miner . Then another week to get it after shipping. I called several times and they’d always say ships by end of week . Obviously they have no products in stock . Shipped end of week 3

UNFORTUNATELY I CAN'T LEAVE A POSITIVE FEEDBACK , AS I NEVER RECEIVE MY ORDER, I SENT A DIRECT BANK TRANSFERT TO CHINA BT ECCOMERCE COMPANY (WHICH IS PROBABLY SOME FAKE COMPANY FOR DON'T PAY ANY TAX), AS THE CARD PAYAMENT OPTION IS NOT AVAIALABLE IN EU. AS RESULT MY TRANSFERT HAS NEVER BEEN RECEIVE (THEY CLAIM SO) BUT MY BANK CONFIRM THAT THE TRANSFERT REACH THE CHINESE BANK SUCCESSFULLY. AFTER FEW MESSAGE , LEAH (THE SELLER) SENT ME A MESSAGE WHERE HE WAS CONFIRM THAT MY ORDER HAS BEEN CANCEL AND MY TRANSFERT SENT BACK, WHICH SHOULD REACH MY BANK ACCOUNT WITHIN 24/48HR , WELL AFTER 10 DAYS THE TRANSFERT NEVER SHOW UP, AND I COMPLETELY WASTE MY MONEY , NO HELP FROM THE COMPANY WHATSOEVER. VERY DISAPPOINT FROM THEM, THERE ARE MANY OTHER REPUTABLE SELLERS AROUND , GO WITH THEM , DON'T RISK WITH BT-MINERS. UNFORTUNATELY , I'M NOT A BOT , BUT A NORMAL PERSON WHICH JUST LOST HIS MONEY IN THIS SCAM. BEWARE TO BUY , DON'T MAKE MY SAME MISTAKE.

They give a DAMN to customers. The worst site in online purchase sphere. I am highly disappointed and I will make no one buy product from your website and i will make sure everyone know that you never sent my miner to me. Their customer care is just an eye wash, who would just listen to the issues reported but no one will help or try to fix it. You'll keep begging them to redeliver your miner or at least refund your money but you never get what you buy or what you ask them! Thanks for the awful and stressful experience.

Total scammers! Didn't even have the courage to reply to me with the truth that they will not send anything. What a waste of time and money.

I placed an order for 2 L7 9500 miners in August of 2021 and was told I would receive in December. It is now May 3rd and I still haven't received a refund. A couple of months ago they tried to get me to accept a lower hash rate model and I refused. Now they are giving me the run around. I will have to take them to court. I am based in the USA so the transaction falls under the Federal Trade Commission. They also aren't registered to do business in New York and they'll try to tell you a Florida based company is their parent company but that company also isn't registered to do business in New York so that's not legal. If you try to get on here calling me a liar I will start naming names.

Ordered an L7 (9.5) in July 2021 for December 2021 and got a call in April 2022 asking if I would like a L7 9.05 instead because those were in stock and they had no idea when the 9.5 would be back in stock and there would be compensation. Still no sign of compensation and I don’t think the word of mouth from them of it being $800-$1000 makes up for the lost income over those months. Also would prefer the compensation to be a cheaper miner instead because I’m sure I can’t use the compensation to just order a miner for free.

When I purchased this miner I received a phone call the day after saying that I would definitely receive this miner in November, however I got another phone call in April after nine months of waiting saying that they don’t even have the miner that I paid for nine months ago and they can give me a different miner which is less powerful than the one I paid for. I asked them for a full refund as they could not provide me with the product that I had purchased and they refused. I was then told that the less powerful minor actually cost them more money than I paid them, and I felt like they thought they were doing me a favour by offering me that. I would not recommend this company to anyone as they have lied to me and not provided me with the product I paid for.
