Outstanding customer service!!! I requested additional information on miners I was interested in. I received a phone call from Lena the same day on a Friday and received follow ups over the weekend providing all the info I requested. Lena took the time to listen to my questions, provide me with accurate info, and made me feel like I was an important customer. After ordering I received an email and call making sure that I was set up and if I needed any assistance setting up the ASIC miner once it arrived. I had already set up other miners so assistance was not needed, needless to say it was nice to have a company that goes out of their way to make sure I was successful using products they provided.

They were very helpful and friendly and I did not feel scared about purchasing through them. Fast shipping item as described and functions properly.

Ordered a new KD5 that was in stock and it arrived within one week in an excellent condition. I’m looking forward to receiving an L7 miner from them in November. Excellent interaction with the customer service team and very secure payments as they take credit cards and I think they are the only ones who do that which is a very strong indicator how trustworthy this company is. Won’t purchase from any other supplier in the future. 5 stars!
