I recently ordered a Bitcoin miner from them. WOW!! What a great experience. I normally do not take the time to write reviews (I know I should), but my experience with them was that positive I felt like I owed it to them. They responded to all email and phone calls with immediacy. They got the miner to me in a ridiculously short period of time, ESPECIALLY considering in came from the heart of China. (Approx 1 week) They were EXTREMELY professional and courteous. Assisted me without hesitation setting the miner up and getting it mining. I would without a doubt ABSOLUTELY buy from them again. And I will!! Do not hesitate to do business with them. Honestly, I wouldn’t trust many others from my personal experience.

Used s19 Pro AntMiner stopped working after 2 days. It says overheating and can't keep it running. Prompt response from the bt-miners to resolve my issue. Miner is working now and i decided to update the review to 5 stars as support replied back immediately. Thank you.
