Everything went awesome. Customer service replied quickly. The only issue is that the order was processed slowly. The shipping was fast.

Received a physical machine (L7) that I returned within their customer guidelines. After receiving the machine they didn't issue my refund. I had to send a demand notice and after that it still took a month to get my funds. All in all I did get the L7 and I understand the initial delays were not their fault.

Product showed up but has a burnt up plug where the power source connects. I understand it was a used unit but I don’t think it will last much longer with the burnt up connection.

I’m glad it came, but the address was almost correct, the apartment number was wrong. Lastly, very dirty and PSU had a dent. Will not order again

My miner came within 2 weeks of my order but it was beat up. I order an S9 SE with PSU and boy this thing was dusty and rusty. I wasn't sure my PSU was going to work as it was rusty and dusty. There was actual rust on the PSU. I had to give my ASIC miner a good cleaning before turning it on. Basically they probably took it from their warehouse and packed it and sent it. Fortunately, it was able to power up and all the boards are working. When they say it is a used product, better believe it...more like overused. I may have to reconsider my future orders from BT miners, just beware that your used products is really an overused product. Don't know how long this thing will last, hopefully it will for some time.
