We’re sorry to hear about the confusion and the delay this caused—we understand how frustrating it must have been to go through the extra steps only to find out that freight forwarder addresses aren’t accepted for Amazon pallets. Not all of our marketplaces allow the use of a freight forwarder. While Amazon does restrict this, there are several other marketplaces on our platform that do allow freight forwarder addresses and offer strong product opportunities as well. We’ve previously shared that list with you, but if you’d like it again, please reach out to our customer service team and they’ll be happy to provide it. We appreciate your feedback and will keep working on making our instructions clearer so future buyers can avoid this type of confusion.
