We’re really sorry for the experience you had. We understand how frustrating long shipping timelines can be, especially when the warehouse is nearby. Because we work with liquidation and recommerce inventory, shipping isn’t the same as standard retail fulfillment. Carriers and warehouses often need 7–14 business days to prepare and move freight orders, which is why we must allow that timeframe to pass before stepping in. We know that doesn’t make the delay any easier, and we apologize for the inconvenience this caused. We do want to be clear: B-Stock is not a scam. We’ve been in business for more than 15 years and work with many of the nation’s top retailers to help small businesses grow. We also never hold refunds once an order is officially canceled. Those are processed by our Finance team as soon as we receive confirmation from the seller and carrier. If you're still receiving emails about this order, please reach out so we can update your account and make sure everything is closed out properly. Our mediation team’s role is to work toward a fair resolution for both buyers and sellers based on the listing details, documentation provided, and the terms agreed to at purchase. While the process does require documentation and set response timelines, those requirements are in place so all parties are evaluated consistently and fairly. Refund timelines can vary depending on seller participation and payment method, and when refunds are issued, buyers may choose between an account credit or a return to the original payment method. We genuinely want to review your situation in more detail. We reached out through Trustpilot about two weeks ago requesting additional information so we could look into your specific order and dispute, but we haven’t received a response yet.
