I have to say, this was the worst live support experience I've ever had. The person I spoke with only responded with recorded answers, and even then, I received my responses late. When they couldn't answer my last question, they ended the call. I suspect they were connecting to live support via the app from their phone while driving. This is surprising for a company like this.

We’re sorry to hear about this experience and understand how frustrating that must have felt, especially when you were seeking real-time help. That’s certainly not the level of support we aim to provide. To clarify, our customer support team does not use scripted or recorded responses, and our agents work from secured systems—not mobile devices while driving. That said, we take feedback like this seriously and want to understand exactly what happened so we can address it appropriately. We did reach out through Trustpilot over two weeks ago requesting additional details so we could look into this interaction, but we haven’t received a response yet. Without that information, we’re unfortunately unable to investigate further or follow up with the agent involved. If you’re willing, please reply to our Trustpilot message with the requested details so we can review this more closely and ensure future interactions meet the standard you should expect.

To start off, I have buying from them for over 8 years and have spent over $359,000 on inventory. I started a direct contract with them and was told there was no back orders so i took the contract. Yet there was about $15000 in back orders. I was not prepared for that and would not have taken it if my sales person would have told me that. Long story short i hot behind but ended up catching up and paying it all. Yet before i did their finance department blocked my bidding, suspended my account and canceled my contract that only has a few weeks left. As well kept calling, texting and emailing me like i wasnt going to pay after all ive spent. So basicly 8 years of buying down the drain and they dont care . They dont care about the relationship and small business’s, they only want your money. Bad business and just bad experience. I guess there Ceo is not for small businesses, only money.

Thank you for taking the time to share your experience, and we truly appreciate your many years of partnership with us. Your feedback matters. Our business was built around helping small businesses grow, and we never want anyone to feel unsupported. We understand how frustrating the contract backlog and account restrictions must have felt. While our Finance team is responsible for managing risk across the platform, we also recognize how important clear communication and trust are, especially with long-standing buyers like yourself. We’re sorry this situation caused stress during an already challenging period. It does appear that the matter has now been fully resolved and your account access has been restored. Thank you for your patience and for working with our team to get everything back on track. We value relationships deeply, and your feedback helps us improve the way we support our buyers moving forward. If there’s anything more you’d like to discuss or anything we can do to better support your business, we’re here for you.

I completed application to purchase from B Stock on November 20, 2025. Sent in all needed paperwork and it was instantly approved. It shows valid on my B Stock profile. I purchased QVC13330 order. I paid immediately. Then I get email that I need to complete registration before they will ship my order out. WTF? Why was I allowed to purchase and PAY for order if I wasn't completely registered? This is when the scam started. Jon and Precious (supposedly supervisors)give you the runaround about refunding your account. I had to get local Ontario police involved. BEWARE OF SCAMS WITH BSTOCK

Thank you for sharing your experience. We’re sorry for the frustration; we know this wasn’t the smooth start you hoped for. To clarify, some sellers on our platform (including QVC) require specific tax exemption documentation before an order can be released. While your B-Stock account was approved, the documents on file for that seller were incomplete, so the order could not ship. When the documentation wasn’t finalized, the order was canceled. An email on 12/8 was sent regarding how to help us process your refund. We want to reassure you that there was no scam involved, just a documentation requirement that paused the order and ended up resulting in a canceled order. Our team is here to assist. For quicker responses we recommend using the chat feature on our website.
