I purchased the 4-ft pop up Christmas tree and I absolutely love it! I'm too old to deal with real trees anymore and even dragging out the big artificial tree box was too much. This was perfect! As easy as the video shows to put up. I put mine on my end table and from most angles it looks like a full grown tree. And storage will be so much easier this year!

Trying to return a patio umbrella but website says to contact customer service which is automated and there is no option to speak with a rep. When I tried several times to start the return on line they send a link that can’t be opened. Really crummy customer service and Happy Returns is a joke!

ZERO STARS! Quality of products and Customer Service has gone down since the Covid shut down. My first complaint: The website stopped listing past orders about 2 years ago and customer service will not address my questions about it. Calling customer service is a nightmare. #2: Do not try to order anything that comes directly from another shipper - the only way to return those items is with the included packing slip. There was no packing slip included with the curtains I ordered and didn't like. Starting a return was nearly impossible since they don't list past orders. Once started you have to have the order number, only available in the email confirmation. I got that far; the order came up but no "make a return" button for the curtains. I emailed them and it took weeks to get the shippers address. I sent them back with USPS confirmation of delivery but no refund. By that time it had been over 60 days since the charge appeared and they must have a claim submitted within those 60 days. I emailed customer service to ask if I had any recourse after 60 days and included the USPS confirmation of delivery. I got very long, clearly canned, responses that never answered the question and finally one from a supervisor saying that my dispute was resolved and closed 4/4/23 - 2 days after I received the curtains. I never filed a dispute. I will never order from Brylane Home again.

Customer service rep was rude and claimed I had not paid my April bill and I was charged a late fee. I was confused at the time of our encounter. I felt since my bill box had no pending bills and yet no payment was received by Brylane Homes, then, apparently I didn't receive a bill. I received a statement from Brylane Homes yesterday. There was no late charge on it & I did make a payment. My account has been overpaid by $67.88. Customer Service rep was wrong and I deserve an apology for her rudeness.

I ordered a fountain for my patio. It arrived with a cracked bowl and water leaked everywhere. I was told to email an “Analyst” with pictures of the damaged part. I sent two emails as I never heard back. So took it to UPS to return. They wanted $143 to send it back as there is no return label. I called Brylane and was told they could not send a return label because of the weight of the product!!!! They said I would need to be patient and wait for the Analyst to contact me.. I will never order another damn thing from them. Worst customer service EVER!!!

The package was never delivered, and the refund process has been incredibly challenging. It made me question whether I made the right decision to order from that site, and unfortunately, it seems I was correct. To initiate a refund, I'm required to print out a form, fill it out, and mail it back, which is a significant inconvenience, especially considering the time I've already spent searching for the package everywhere. I'm not sure if I can get a refund even if I mail the form

ZERO STARS!! This is the worst company in existence and I wish I'd read these reviews before trying to shop there. The website said my $150 purchase didn't go through - but it posted on my bank account. Called customer service and they said it was MY problem I had to resolve with my bank. Tried (with customer service) to actually COMPLETE the purchase and it failed over and over, they said. Checked my bank account again and THEY CHARGED ME 150 DOLLARS ELEVEN TIMES!!!!! $1600!!! Their response? They can't do anything, it's MY problem to work out with my bank!!!!! STAY AWAY FROM BRYLANE HOME!!!

Ordered some lavender wash cloths. When I received them they were NOT the same lavender as online. When I tried returning them I find out I will not get the full refund. So the other option was store credit. Then when I choose store credit on my cell phone when I'm at the dropoff location I find out I still will not get the full amount on the store credit. Shipping fees that they set up. I asked via email Customer Service to just refund me my money. Now I'm being told theirs a return fee and it is more than what is left to refund me. I JUST BEEN RIPPED OFF! 2023 and there's companies that don't issue full refunds! THAT"S CRAZY! OR in this case: NO REFUND AND THEY HAVE THE PRODUCT. There ought to be some LAW against this.
