They shipped wrong item so it was returned. Paid $13.99 to have the item shipped to me, they shorted my refund $14.83 and said they don't refund shipping (even though they shipped me the wrong item and didn't have what I wanted in stock for me to get an exchange.) I have been a longtime customer, but now they've lost me and anyone that will listen to me. Hope it's worth that $14.83 to them.

We ordered 2 lift chairs from this catalog. The price was reasonable and because we both needed these lift chairs we thought we would try them. They turned out to be very nice, and my favorite thing is that the noise they make is very quiet. The only thing I feel is a negative is the seat is not as soft as it could be.
