This company is the worst company I've ever dealt with. I ordered a table top sized bird bath and got a 4 ft thing on legs that resembled a pig trof they refused to take it back and refused to answer any of my emails. They insisted I pay for it or were going to send me to collections. Do not order from Bryland Home!!

This company stole my money then threatened to send me to collections if I did not pay them a disputed amount. What I received was not what was pictured. I returned the items and then they lost or misplaced them. Will never order from them again.

I would much rather give this zero stars! The merchandise was not great so we returned it. The return process was a bit of a nightmare, and they tried to keep my money! I'm still waiting to get money back. They told me it would be on its way. Then they gave me a gift card (never want to buy from them again!), so I called to get that corrected. They said there was no record of me saying they'd sent me a refund, but told me not to worry, they would take care of it. Now they are blaming PayPal who has no record of any request for that refund from them. Just stay away. Also, this is more than one brand and I'm quite sure you need to stay away from all of them. This also includes Woman Within, Roaman's, Jessica London, Ellos, KingSize, BrylaneHome, Fullbeauty.com, & Swimsuits for All.

I will not order from this company again due to their dishonesty. I was promised free shipping. After I placed the order they told me I could get a rebate for HALF the shipping cost. I still have not received anything . Shipping was expensive; $23. Despite having a screenshot of their “free shipping” claim, 1month and 4 phonecalls later; still no refund. Each representative tells me something different eg: “ we can refund you the total““ we can only refund you $16“ ”We don’t give free shipping,we only give a merchandise credit coupon for a future purchase”, “you’ll receive a check in the mail”, “ we sent an email with credit off another purchase”-(Not true). They are either dishonest or incompetent, I won’t deal with this company again.

I typically like all the products that I bought over the years from brylane home. The biggest problem I have is customer service. The representatives are foreigners and it's very difficult to understand them most. I'm very unhappy that they don't have customer service in the United States.

So I ordered a pop up tree. Was charged $24 for shipping. Received the item and couple days later opened it to find 3 wreaths! So obviously wrong item. Sent back to post office. When I had told brylane what happened said they couldn’t refund the shipping! WTH not? I have to pay shipping for item I didn’t order or want! But as of now a month later still received no refund and called twice requesting and each time was given a different response as to why. First time said it takes 5 to 7 days. Not today they are saying never got it. It is in route. I thought this was a Reputable company. It is not!! Buyer beware!

I ordered a tabletop pop-up Christmas tree for my son who lives in a studio apartment. Brylane shipped it via a carrier other than United States Postal Service. This carrier left the package outside a locked apartment building in the city. The package was stolen and now Brylane customer service tells me I have to order another one if I want it by Christmas and that I'll receive a claim form in 3 weeks to file for the loss.

The company is showing a markdown on the product. After checkout, I suddenly had to pay the total price. Went from $221.00 purchase to over $500.00. I was very disappointed, and the product was very good. It could have been a totally different review. Beware of the checkout price!!
