Pricing is arbitrary, and the customer service staff seems unaware of unfriendly, questionable pricing structures management utilizes. There are many ways lies and untruths exist- providing confusion and incomplete info included.
I noticed an item consisting on the five small hanging planters priced at $19.99 on their website. The $19.99 was not listed or noted as a promotional price with no discount code or a price expiration date. Two days later, I logged on their website, and was astonished the same item stated the “regular” price is $89.99 and the “sale” price with a discount code is now $36.00! What a rip-off due to the extreme increase in price for this item! I’m tired of the contrived pricing so many corporations such as brylanehome exhibit to confuse and bait customers, by not providing customers necessary information to make conscience, fact finding purchase decisions. I remember when we could easily decipher If a sale was really a sale. The “regular” price had a true history and the sale price was stated with a particular time period.
