I only ever placed one order over the phone through Brylane Home and apparently they signed me up for a monthly rewards program without my knowledge and have been charging me $18.26 every month for months! I just happened to catch on my credit card statement. I never agreed to this nor did I authorize them to keep my credit card info on file. Luckily the customer service agent I spoke to issued me a refund without a hassle but I am really pissed that this even happened.

August 22,2026 Sheets Purchased Made: August 14, 2026 Return: August 17, 2026 FYI I am sharing my comments below that I sent to Target department store about a recent return regarding bedsheets and the awful chemical smell. The chemical smells can be harmful to your body. Buyer beware of the merchandise you are buying not only at Target but other stores as well. Do your research on forever chemicals and chemicals odors in general that are found on most products sold in the US. These chemicals can cause cancer with usage overtime. As a cancer patient in remission I can tell the treatment process is horrible experience!! Complaint Filed With Target: Subject: Issue with Chemical Odors in Store Products and Poor Quality Bedsheets I am writing to address a concern I have regarding the bedsheets I recently purchased from your store. Despite my efforts to air out the bedsheets and wash them thoroughly, the strong chemical odors persist. I also tried to buy different sheets from your company, only to find that they all had a similar harsh smell. This chemical scent was not limited to the bedding; I also detected it in the clothing items. The additional time, money, and effort I have spent trying to rid the products of the chemical smell is unacceptable. The odor made me physically ill, causing a burning sensation throughout my body and raising my blood pressure. I had to use multiple fans in my home and car to try to eliminate the smell. Simply receiving a refund does not account for the inconvenience and costs incurred. As a cancer survivor, I am especially cautious about the products I use. The presence of these harmful forever chemicals, which are linked to cancer and other health issues, is alarming. I urge you to reconsider the use of such chemicals in your products and take action to rectify this issue. I had to purchase a air purifier to help with the odor and is unsure if that is doing a good job. The United States needs to ban harmful chemicals from being sold like other progressive countries. There allegedly better way to get products that are not harmful when purchasing products from other countries. Greed is harming the citizens of this country. Never order from this company. They sent te wrong pillows. Totally their mistake.only received partial return. Kept over 50 dollars that should be mine. They even kept the taxes. Is that legal? Horrible company!

Ordered a bedspread. Washed it after a couple months. Linted everywhere. Horrible. Washed 3x and still the same. Will not take back as after 30 days. Who tho washes a breadspread so soon to know with in 30 days. When drying so much lint had to empty dryer lint collector 4 times. Will never order anything else

RE: order# ending #4378-Returned for refund back to card(issued gift card in error) refund received correctly back to card after 2nd request. RE: order# ending #4317. Shipped 7/1 in error by Brylanehome. Customer never placed order but Brylane home charged card without authorization. The only way to improve the service is to shut this company down. It has no respect for its customers. They shipped me a product that I never ordered after I received a partial refund for a returned item. They have apology down to a perfect art. What good is an apology if you can’t correct an error made by your company without the customer being inconvenienced. I would not purchase from this company again. I will pass the word on to friends and colleagues. Shipping time in the US is absolutely unacceptable. And the return refund process is most ridiculous. I hope whoever reads this review takes it seriously and consider not being a victim to these policies and procedures.

NEVER EVER BUY ANYTHING FROM THIS COMPANY!! I bought 3 outdoor chairs. Got the chairs but both are defective. The fabric seats are down on the wrong side of the frame so They do not attach to the frames. I called customer service and was told I would have to pay to return them! They are 33 lbs each! Long story short, they hang up on me when I call and they send me broken links that dont work to set up returns. So far, I'm suck with this junk and out over $200!

Never ever buy from this company! I ordered a craft cart from them on May 30th. They delivered a lounge chair set. I had to fight with them to pay for Fed Ex to pick it up for return. They finally reshipped the cart. It’s now lost somewhere and they we unwilling to help track it down or send another. It’s now June 20th and they told me to wait until July 1st to ask for a refund! I have never worked with a company so unwilling to solve a problem they caused. So I’m stuck waiting for my refund and will NEVER do business with them again.
