I love my Bruno Stair Lift a lot, but my chair only pivots to the left at the top of the stairs and I wish it would pivot to the right at the bottom to assist me in getting out and in, the chair rail it rides on dead ends at the bottom and doesn't continue on, if it were to go another 12 inches or so it would allow my chair to be clear of the opposite wall but the installers said no end rail piece could be installed to allow the chair to enter the flat area of the bottom of my stairs, really doesn't make much sense to me but I am only an end user.

This is my third chair lift over the last 25 years and with out a doubt the best chair money can buy. The fit to my stairs along with the installation is first class and I wouldn't hesitate to recommend this chair lift to anyone that wants a unit to last with everyday use.

Product performs as promised and HME did a great job with installation

The installation and operation of the Bruno system has been a great experience. The installers were personable, professional and organized and the installation looks great. The system has performed as advertised and added a new level of convenience for us. The remote functions, extendable track and dual controls has added a special ease of use. I couldn't be happier with the entire process and results.

I have COPD and climbing the stairs became a real chore. Now I use the stair lift and it is no problem. I would recommend this item to anyway. It has increased my independence!!

Very helpful and easy to use helps greatly with getting laundry done and getting to enjoy time with family.
