Bruno Independent Living AidsReviews of bruno.com

My wife as ALS it is giving her more time to stay on the second floor bed room.

Responsive and capable service

I've had my Bruno for less than 1 year and had to have service 3 times. Customer service and the technicians have been very nice and quick to fix problems but I am concerned about the quality and how long b4 I need service again and the expense once the full warranty expires.

Installation went smoothly; the stairlift is easy to operate; footrest does not extend out far enough to make it usable.

I am able to go around my house with the help of the two chair lifts without a fall. That is good and gives me my home back. Brend

Overall a great value and is really easy to use. VERY slow going up and down stairs. I would prefer about twice the speed. GREAT WARRANTY! The remote is too touchy. It stops 4 times trying to use it going up stairs even with a steady pressure.

It is a life saver!! We are able to more fully enjoy living in our 2 story house.

The battery on our Bruno stair lift was "fried" when our house was hit by lightening during a spring storm. The Bruno technician was prompt and professional. He had our stair lift up and running in no time.
