Lift is comfortable and powerful
Lift is comfortable and powerful. Would have given a 5 but when the chair rises along the rail and it goes onto the extension the chair tips forward like a dip on a roller coaster. Had the installer look at it, he said it would be fine but my wife is uncomfortable with it. Also the remote control should have a button that stays down so you don't have to keep it pressed down

Close to perfect
The Stairlift is strong and comfortable. It loses one star because the lever controls are stiff and difficult for my husband to manage. The rumble over curves is still with us but I was told that that will subside in time. Overall it has released my husband from the tyranny of the stairs and for that I give it a thankful A. When I told my husband that I had written a review he asked me to say that it had added time to his life.

it’s ok but......
Although the lift is a great help it has malfunctioned or has needed repair twice in less than 60 days. We are currently awaiting parts for repairs now. 08/08/2019

Bruno Stair lift and 101 Mobility
By purchasing the Bruno stairlift, my mom has easy access to my second level in my home. The product is very easy to use. My mom is 95 and she can operate the stairlift with ease. I purchased this product via 101 Mobility in Merrillville, Indiana. All of the employees I had contact with were very knowledgeable and professional. I would highly recommend 101 Mobility as well as the Bruno stairlift. This product was more affordable than other brands I had researched in the past!
