I should say two stars. The beeping drives me crazy and the hand switch on the right side keeps falling off. But I do get up and down the stairs.

Love the idea....having the lift installed has made a huge difference. But...the piece from the landing to the top is too far from the wall, and it is easy to get your legs caught In the railings because there is not enough room. Overall, we are very pleased.

Stairlift works perfectly. No complaints.

Jeremy was very good at figuring out what would work for our stairs. He helped us plan the options for the placement of track at the bottom of the lift, for access to the rooms and closet that are in that area. At the top, also made sure the chair would clear the doorway as it went around to the stopping point. He was very efficient with the install, very careful of the walls, carpet, etc He made sure we knew how to use the lift, and came back in a few days to double check we were getting along ok. It is quality material in the chair covering, durable and the track appears that it will last forever! The chair swivels, arms go up out of the way, both options helpful when using the chair. Easy to operate with the large buttons on the remote, clearly marked up and down. It runs quiet. Nice that it didn't take special electrical wiring or outlet resulting in additional expense to make it operational. Very satisfied and it was a pleasant experience working with Jeremy. And We didn't have to move our bedroom down to the main floor.
