We probably would have sought out another brand due to the noise level and rough ride had we known. We bought two of them for our home and had them installed by the service technicians. Both with foldable rails which are also very noisy. It seems weak when rasiing the foldable ends like its struggling even on a full battery charge. It clunks when the seat is going from the straight portion over the join to the rail and it has a chattery clunk as its climbing all the way up. The rails were even properly greased by the technician. Didn't solve the issue This is the same for the both chair lifts. I can't in good conscience give it more than 3 stars.

A clean, quiet, reliable stairlift. Reasonably priced product. Highly recommended.

The Best Product I ever purchased to keep my family active in the house without being confined upstairs,

I love my stairlift. It works great and looks great.

Chairlift is good except for one thing. Sometimes when I am upstairs and want to go down, it acts up a little. It either does nothing, the little ding goes off and I have to try all different things to get going. (Like, shifting my body, putting more weight on the seat, or twisting the chair. It eventually will start going and brings me downstairs.

We are very pleased with our Bruno . Excellent installation and excellent on the tutorial for operating the lift easily and safely.

I have found my bruno stairlift to be exactly what I needed to aid my going up and down the stairs.

The installation of the stairlift went without any problem. We are very satisfied with the persons sent to install it. Will recommend the stairlift to our friends. Thank you very much.
